Students in our program take an average of two years to complete the program with our 15-week fully online semesters that work with your schedule.
This program consists of 34 credit hours (offered exclusively online) with curriculum adhering to SIOP's latest Guidelines for Master's Education and Training in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. The M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology (MSIO) program at 365bet follows the Guidelines
for Education and Training at the Master's Level provided by the Society for Industrial
and Organizational Psychology (SIOP). The program follows a scientist-practitioner model to prepare students to design,
develop, implement, and evaluate psychological science-based organizational interventions.
Each semester you will meet with your academic advisor, either face-to-face or virtually,
to discuss your program of study, courses for the upcoming semester, progress toward
degree completion, and answer questions you may have about your academic and professional
endeavors. Your academic advisor has to "clear" you to register each semester, which
happens at the time of your advising appointment.
Admission to the MSIO Program is competitive and selective. Applicants who are admitted typically have a GPA of 3.0 or above. A variety of factors are taken into account in MSIO admissions, including all submitted
materials and the number of available openings in the program.

Graduate Assistantships
Graduate Assistantships are awarded on the basis of undergraduate GPA, academic and/or professional recommendations, resumes, and interviews. MSIO Graduate Assistants (GAs) work 20 hours per week on campus, fully remote, or hybrid during the Fall and Spring semesters and receive a stipend. Working hours are flexible
and are arranged around the GA's class schedule. MSIO GAships are are highly competitive
and limited in number.
